Our Team

The Xceptional Hardscapes team is comprised of 5 talented and detail-oriented office workers and 20-plus hardscaping professionals in the field. As our business has grown throughout the years, we have added to both our office and experienced landscaping team to meet customer demand.

We believe in a family-oriented approach in how we treat our staff members and clients alike. We annually throw Christmas and Cinco de Mayo parties for our staff, with their families invited to participate in the festivities. We also have taken the team on float trips and hosted bowling parties with spouses and kids joining in on the fun.

    President
    Xavier founded Xceptional Hardscapes in 2019. He has always had a passion for the industry. A growth mindset is key to providing positive business outcomes. It is his privilege to ensure that every team member feels valued and is given the opportunity to succeed. His leadership is influenced by his passion. He ensures to stay up to date with all current trends to provide customers with the best possible outdoor living areas.

    Whitney

    Office Manager
    Whitney currently serves as our office manager. She is hardworking and focused offering excellent communication, planning and prioritization skills. Whitney offers unique leadership skills with expertise in streamlining workflow to optimize personnel strengths. She is dedicated to understanding the different processes and customer relations.

    Landscape Designer/Sales
    Mike is a Landscape Designer with over 18 years of experience. He loves the challenge of creating spaces that fulfill functional needs, creating beautiful spaces and accenting architectural features in an effort to blend man made environments with nature. He has vast experience in designing for both residential and commercial projects, and enjoys developing designs and 3D renderings to convey a properties potential.

    Adam Frick, a Park and Playground Designer with 8 years of experience, is passionate about creating inclusive play spaces for children of all abilities. He thrives on the challenge of designing environments that help build confidence in the younger generation. Adam is committed to providing top-notch customer service, consistently going above and beyond for every client. As a father of two, he finds immense joy in his work, often discussing his projects with his family at home.

    Office Administrator
    Hillary is one of our friendly office administrators who provides excellent customer service as well as administrative excellence, including clerical support and public interaction. She is highly skilled in multitasking and oversees our office operations. She is self motivated and has a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
